Fixed Price Agreements (FPA’s)

Our Fixed Price Agreements provide ongoing access to the accounting, tax, and business advice you; our client, need on a fixed-price basis. You are not inhibited from seeking timely advice by the fear of a clock running endlessly. Our services are designed around fixed prices, as opposed to hourly rates.
We aim to use our experience to help enhance your business’s future and achieve its business goals.

While the fixed price entitles you to the consultations and support as outlined in the agreements, if your question or issue requires additional research and analysis beyond the consultation, that work will be subject to an additional price negotiation before the service is to be performed, and a Change Order will be issued before delivery of the additional service, with payment terms agreed to in advance.

Three separate packages are available and can be modified according to your needs or budget.

                Gold Package:

Our Gold Package offers your business ‘top of the range’ service and attention to detail;

4 Business activity statements – September, December, March & June
Tax Returns: for business related entities & their associated individuals
Accounts: Trading Statement, profit & loss, balance sheet, depreciation schedules, motor vehicle schedule, minutes & ASIC return if required.
Profit building & tax planning: Interim tax projections with each BAS
Meetings: unlimited
Phone Support: unlimited
Priority Support and turnaround

                Silver Package:

This is for the mid range business that requires a little more service 

4 Business activity statements – September, December, March & June
Tax Returns: for business related entities & their associated individuals
Accounts: Trading Statement, Profit & Loss, Balance sheet, depreciation schedules, motor vehicle schedules & Interim report in April.
Profit Building and Tax Planning: Interim tax projections in April-June
Meetings: up to 4 a year
Phone Support: up to 10 per year

                Bronze Package:

This is ideal for the smaller business with fewer transactions and includes per year

4 Business Activity Statements – September, December, March & June
Tax Returns: Business Entity and Individual(s) or Partnership if applicable
Accounts: Trading Statement, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Depreciation schedules & Motor Vehicle Schedule
Meetings: Generally none, but can be priced to include one per year.
Phone Support: Generally none but can be priced in to include up to 5 per year
